This diseases is seen during 1st week of life of chicks. When chick develops from eggs, its yolk is utilized for development of chick. However when the eggs are contaminated or there is disturbance in temperature or humidity in the incubator, part of yolk remains inside the stomach of chick and bacteria multiply in it leading to death of chicks during first 2-4 days of its age. It is also called omphalitis later it may lead to problem of colilbacillosis or septicaemia. It causes losses during 1st week of chicks life. Many antibiotics are given for its treatment but still problem continues and there is development of resistence for these antibiotics. Therefor the safe way to treat/prevent fruther losses is by giving OCE YOLK-H for 2-3 days during 1st week.
Note : Proper mixing with water is very important.

यह चूजों के जीवन के पहले हफ्ते में होने वाला रोग है। जब अण्डे से चुजा तैयार होता है तो इसकी जर्दी ( थोक) चुजो की परवरिश में इस्तेमाल हो जाता हैं। परन्तु जब अण्डे पर काया या बीट॑ इत्यादि लग जाती है या मशीनों में तापमान तथा नमी में उतार चढ़ाव होते है तो यह समस्या का रूप धारण कर लेता है। इस बचे हुए योक में कट है। तथा चुकी | म्याकों कारण बनते है। अतः इसके बचाव के लिए पहले हफ्ते में एन्टीबा दवाओं का सहारा लेना पड़ता है परन्तु ये दवाएँ भी अब कम काम कर रही है, ओसीयोक-एच पहले व्क्जो में दो से तीन दिन देने पर इस बीमारी का प्रकोप काफी कम कर सकते है तथा चूजों पर कोई दुष्प्रभाव नहीं होगा
खुराक : 100 मुर्गियों के लिए 5-7 मि.ली. , 2-3 घण्टे पीने के पानी में दिन में दो जा लो कक (3-5 दिन)। या सफेद ब्रेड को दवा के पानी में भीगाकर मुर्गीयों को खाने के लिए दें। या पशु चिकित्सक के परामर्श से प्रयोग करें।
नोट: सही तरीके से पानी में मिलाना बहुत जरूरी है
